Okokon Udo
Dr. Okokon Udo is an international Change Management, Leadership and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant. He is also a certified Executive Coach, Process Facilitator and Master Trainer. He is the former executive director of the Center for Cross-Cultural Health, has served on the graduate faculty of a number of Universities, the Co-Active Training Institute, St Thomas executive coaching program. He is also a leadership consultant and executive coach at LeaderWise and serves as associate director at Ehama Institute
Ladi (Ekundayo) Jiya
Ladi is a qualified, experienced Career Consultant. Her expertise and interests include: helping mid – senior level professionals with job search and career transitions as well as developing leadership and team skills. She has also worked with emerging leaders in career growth and succession planning and supported leadership teams with strategy development, execution planning and change management. She is an executive recruiter and headhunter working in global markets including Africa, Europe and The United States.
